Father led a full and meaningful life. He has made a profound impact on my life and the person that I have become. I will always remember his determination, perseverence, love, generosity and laughter. Father's legacy lives on in his children and grandchildren. We reap the rewards of his hard work and benefit from his influence and example. It gives me great joy to see Father's smile in my children, a reminder of the happy times we had with him. Even though the stroke and cancer effected some of father's personality and behavior, in essence he was still the same person with a sharp mind and a golden heart. He raised us with the utmost love, kindness, and patience. Father has finally completed his duty and purpose here on earth and has been called back to our Heavenly Father. Thank you father for being such a wonderful parent, and for all your support and encouragement throughout the years. You have enabled us to "stand on mountains and walk on stormy seas", as the lyrics of the popular song says. Thank you father, for all you have done for us. You are loved dearly and greatly missed. I find comfort in knowing that you are no longer suffering or in pain. Rest in peace.
